The Members of the Triad Professional Chefs Chapter of the American Culinary Federation welcome you to our organization. We applaud your decision to join our ranks. The Triad ACF has, since its founding by John Debuse in 1984, stood for excellence and professionalism in the Food Service Industry. Our reputation as a leader in the culinary arts as a community benefactor has grown with each year of our existence and we now look to you as the driving force that will carry our banner into the new millennium. We have created this web site to provide you with some general information about our chapter, and the ACF at the national level.

Join previous “Chef of the Year” winners as they unleash their best skills.  Seven Chefs, seven courses, one great cause.  Proceeds benefit the Triad Community Kitchen, a program of the Second Harvest Food Bank of NWNC that provides training to unemployed and underemployed individuals to prepare them for success in the food service industry.
